Individual patient data Metaanalysis MDM2 SNP

Background

Conflicting results concerning the prognostic impact of a SNP (Single nucleotide polymorphism) in the MDM2 promotor have been published in CLL. Available data is based on retrospective cohorts with relatively small sample sizes (<500).

Goal

To assess the impact of the MDM2 SNP309 in a definite data set.

Approach

We have collected the data sets from single institution cohorts and have formed a platform for IPD data analysis.
