To help laboratories reliably analyze prognostic markers, TP53 Network has organized an external quality control program called Certification of TP53 analysis since 2014. Within TP53 Certification, ERIC has been providing testing samples to participating laboratories followed by evaluating the results of their analyses.
ERIC cooperates with GenQA UK NEQAS LI, an external quality assessment provider accredited to ISO 17043 standards, since 2019 to assure the maintenance of testing accuracy and competency of previously ERIC-certified laboratories.
